Our next HEXrace Event will be at COMPOUND STRENGTH & CONDITIONING'S NEW GYM in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, on 22/03/2026. 

The functional work will take place within the gym and the running will be on the  surroundings roads.

This PAIRED EVENT is for all fitness levels and competitors will take part in the following:

• 400M RUN
• WORK STATION 1  - 60M SLED PUSH
• 800M RUN
• WORK STATION 2 - 90M BURPEE BROAD JUMPS 
• 1200M RUN 
• WORK STATION 3 - 42/60 ASSAULT BIKE CALORIES
• 1000M RUN 
• WORK STATION 4 - 240M FARMER CARRY
• 600M RUN
• WORK STATION 5 - 90M SANDBAG LUNGES
• 200M RUN 
• WORK STATION 6 - 120 WALL BALL SHOTS
• 100M SPRINT

Competitors will be emailed their Start Time 1 week before the Event and it may be anytime between 9am and 1pm.

Free Parking is available on surrounding roads, Event Photography will be made available for free online.

Every competitor gets a FINISHER PATCH.
