Our next HEXrace Event will be at COMPOUND STRENGTH & CONDITIONING in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, on 09/11/2025. 

As a small community village gym venue, the functional work will take place within both gym units and the car park, and the running will be on the drive and surroundings.

This PAIRED EVENT is for all fitness levels and competitors will take part in the following:

• 1200M RUN
• WORK STATION 1  - 60M SLED PUSH
• 1000M RUN
• WORK STATION 2 - 120 WALL BALL SHOTS
• 800M RUN 
• WORK STATION 3 - 240M FARMER CARRY
• 600M RUN 
• WORK STATION 4 - 90M SANDBAG LUNGES
• 400M RUN
• WORK STATION 5 - 90M BURPEE BROAD JUMPS 
• 200M RUN 
• WORK STATION 6 - 42/60 ASSAULT BIKE CALORIES
• 100M SPRINT

Competitors will be emailed their Start Time 1 week before the Event and it may be anytime between 9am and 3pm.

Free Parking is available on surrounding roads, Event Photography will be made available for free online.
